About Advanced Academy
For licensed professionals who have already completed a cosmetology program, the Advanced Academy at Paul Mitchell Schools offers information-packed continuing education covering advanced haircutting, hair coloring, and makeup. Most Advanced Academy courses are 3- or 5-day hands-on retreats, taught by a team of nationally recognized artists and educators. Our multi-tiered curriculum, providing in-depth technical guidance, includes intermediate and advanced education that we call CONTEMPORARY FOUNDATIONS (learn the hows and whys) and ACCELERATED EVOLUTION (expand the possibilities of your originality, creativity, and imagination).
